Shipping and Payment
Order
Fill in the required fields in our order form. Please be informed that inadequate or wrong information will delay the processing of your order. Be especially careful when entering numbers. Correct billing addresses are required.

Payment
We offer the following payment options:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Please contact us by phone.
- Cheques (drawn on a Canadian Bank with canadian funds)
- Wire transfers
- Money orders
Orders paid by company cheque, personal cheque or money order will be processed after full clearance. All customers paying via wire transfer will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours. Then, the item will be send within 24 hours after the wire transfer arrival.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement. One to two business days should be allowed for tracking information to be updated on the shipping companies websites.
* All orders are subject to verification and approval
* All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days by UPS
* Please allow 7-10 business days for shipments to arrive
* All duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the customers
Damage or shortage claims
All claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.
